Persian Acceptance Corporation (PAC) has been an indirect, automobile finance company since 1998. We are currently licensed to finance car loans originated in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Florida, North Carolina and Connecticut. We specialize in auto financing for consumers who do not qualify for traditional bank financing. Consumers have the opportunity to re-establish their credit. All payments are reported to the credit bureau.

Persian Acceptance Corp., ("PAC") offers this website to the user conditioned on acceptance by the "User" without modifications of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing and using this website, the User is deemed to have agreed to all such terms, conditions and notices.

PAC reserves the right to make any and all changes to this website without notice to the Users.

This Agreement includes all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in this website, provided however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement controls.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full force and effect to all the provisions and terms and conditions set forth herein in this Agreement.

User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, contractor, employment, or agency relationship exists between the User and PAC as a result of this Agreement regarding the use of PAC's website. User agrees not to hold User out as a representative, contractor, agent or employee of PAC, and PAC shall not be liable for any representation, act or omission of the User.

PAC's performance under this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of PAC's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User's use of this website or information provided to or gathered from PAC with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimer and liability limitations set forth above, the invalid or unenforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and PAC with respect to this website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the User and PAC with respect to this website. A printed version of this Agreement and any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Any rights not expressly granted herein in this Agreement are hereby reserved by PAC, its vendors/suppliers.

Security Policy

Persian Acceptance Corp.'s, ("PAC") goal is to ensure that your information is both transmitted and stored securely. All information sent over the internet is encrypted so that it is only useful to you and PAC. All pages that request personal information are delivered to your browser through HTTPS, a secure server communications layer.

Upon PAC's receipt of your data, we store it in a secure database. PAC uses intrusion detection software and monitors every visitor to our website as a measure against malicious intrusion. PAC performs timely backups of all information on our website.

As a visitor to PAC's website, a cookie is place on your computer. This is a small file stored by the web browser on your computer.
